Receptionist (Code: Receptionist)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for incoming calls, data collection and reception
* Set the ordering and presentation of F & B to the guests and at Meeting
* Responsible for Broadcast and Car call
* Invoice receipt and distribution
* Acceptance signature distribution Letters & Contractors
* Receptionist & Guest room settings (including equipment therein)
* Provision and maintenance of an umbrella
* Responsible for Photocopy and Fax
* Clearance Stock pantry & F & B Pantry
Requirements:
* Female, age max. 25 years.
* Vocational education candidates Tourism / Hospitality / Secretary, Diploma 3 (D3) or the Secretary of Hospitality and science.
* Excellent in English language both oral and written.
* Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
* Having minimum 1 year experience in Front Office or fresh graduates.
* Microsoft Office literate
Civil And Structural Engineer (Code: Civil Engineer)
Responsibilities:
* Designing Building and Structure
* Making calculation for structure of building
* Make estimation report of building
Requirements:
* Male, age between 22 years old to 27 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00 scale of 4.00.
* Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Serpong,Tangerang.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Good personality, team player, initiative, creative, hard and smart worker.
* Having skill to operates computer, autocad 2D-3D

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent with GPA min 3,00 scale of 4.00.
* Male, age between 21 years old to 28 years old.
* Having experience as developer minimum 2 years in Oracle Developer.
* Good personality, initiative, creative and team work player.
* Required language(s): English
* Have competency in Oracle PL/SQL, report, form and Database.

* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Textil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
